3. Watching the sunset in Tuscany with Mara by my side
Watching the sunset behind the hill. World keep on turning, I’m standing still.
World keep on turning around she goes. How long she’ll be turning, nobody knows.
I gaze at airplanes in the sky. They fly and their tails are gold. And then they’re gone. Each with some adventures, on-board.
Please tell me Mara, how does it end? He said:” Learn to perceive or learn to pretend. Learn to pretend or learn to perceive. The more you will practice the more you’ll achieve”
I can’t be satisfied. Wandering through the night. Drinks and places, beautiful faces, world turns around and it’s morning again.
Open the windows, open the door. Look at the sunrise. Roll on the floor.
Roll on the floor. Fly like a plane. Chasing the sunlight, losing a game.
My thoughts repeat themselves like days. And in a way they’re the same, but slowly they change.
Best to just watch the sunset behind the hill. World keep on turning, I’ll just stand still. World keep on turning, around you go. How long I will stand here, nobody knows. And time will pass on by. Eternity is why.
Drinks and places, beautiful faces. Look at earth as she dances ‘round in space.
